September 24, 2025Llevo casi 2 años viviendo acá y no pienso irme, es una zona muy tranquila y ubicada en un excelente lugar , se los recomiendo al 100%, tiene un gimnasio muy bueno y una piscina para en los tiempos de verano puedas tomar un poco de sol e interactuar con los vecinos, no se van a arrepentir si deciden mudarse a Covington SquareProperty Manager Responded

Great community!
June 30, 2025I have lived at Covington square for one year and my roommate has lived here for three years. We love the community! There are always kids playing outside and we love saying hi to our neighbors. I go for frequent walks and runs and always see neighbors out walking their dogs. June 30, 2025** Truly Felt Like Home** I lived at **Covington Square Apartments** for two years, and honestly, it was a great place to call home. What stood out most to me was how **responsive and kind the management team** is. Any time I had a maintenance issue, they took care of it fast—usually within a day or two. The maintenance staff were not only quick, but also respectful and professional. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had a lot of natural light—which I really loved. The whole ...community felt **quiet and safe**, and I always had peace of mind, whether I was home during the day or coming in late at night. The grounds are kept clean year-round. From **snow removal in winter to neat landscaping in summer**, everything is well taken care of. Plus, parking was always available, and I never had problems with noise or neighbors. If you're looking for a place that's **peaceful, well-managed, and genuinely feels like home**, I highly recommend Covington Square. Home sweet home
June 16, 2025We love living here! Great place for families and super nice to have a gated pool! We love how friendly the staff is aa well as how close it is to everything. Wonderful place to live.
December 31, 2019Just moved in here, and first things first—this complex is in a very convenient location in terms of shopping, roads, and schools. The staff is always very helpful and maintenance really seems to know their stuff. It’s always clean, and they have no problem informing a residence if they’re being unclean or a nuisance. When I was taking a tour, the front desk lady Kristen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the place. CONSIDERING CONVINGTION SQUARE...WAIT...READ FIRST
June 23, 2016when you first see covington square pleasing and the convenient distance from the store gas station and kmart, it seems charming and why keep looking? As you have seen, there are several other apartments that you could check out on this road, but covington seems to have it all. Being dog friendly, felon free apartments with pool and gym included, but before you just say YES and sign here, just take that short ride down the road and check out the others apartments as well, because what they forget ...to tell you, if your a family not a college student , your rent will go up every year. Even more to considering is just how " DOG FRIENDLY," they really are ,the neighborhood for convington is geese filled and geese dropping filled, no life guard on duty, mind your breeds and sizes. Parking lots are dim at night, as a younger female, run from my car to my door at night, due to the lack of lighting and not to mention the two break ins down stairs including the hallway glass shattered and no comfort or explanation was given. Convington square should been known for people doing night move outs and break ins not a very safe place for singles, younger child families or elderly. Beautiful!
April 16, 2016I just moved here about a month ago. The office staff is freaking AWESOME! Most of their apartments actually come with a washer and dryer included at no extra charge! I did not expect that when I first saw them. They have a pool and a gym. I was able to cancel my gym membership and save some money there. The maintenance staff are always prompt on arriving when I call the office for a request. They make it so easy to pay rent through their website!!!!
