October 21, 2020After 10 yrs they charge to take out the carpeting ! They have to replace it anyways. They will try to charge for everything even when the apartment is clean they will try to charge. While living here maintance is always a problem , they never fix anything, the common areas never are cleaned and smell bad. The owner Steve will just blow you off and never give a straight answer. He will pray on the poor and elderly disabled and give it to you know you can not afford to fight him. I am disabled ...and was not able to go to court and fight him on the move out, he has a lot of money and will drag it out in court. STAY AWAY ,Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live
August 13, 2015I moved here to be close to school and I have never had any complaints in the 2 years I've been here. The rent has always been reasonable and my 2-bedroom is very spacious. The only downside is that the buildings are located on a busy intersection, so it can get noisy at times. Management is always courteous and speedy about getting maintenance requests taken care of. There's also a Walgreen's right across the street and a CVS and Domino's about a minute down the road. Overall, it's a really nice ...place to live if you don't care about having a pool or a rec area or anything like that.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
