    After 10 yrs they charge to take out the carpeting ! They have to replace it anyways. They will try to charge for everything even when the apartment is clean they will try to charge. While living here maintance is always a problem , they never fix anything, the common areas never are cleaned and smell bad. The owner Steve will just blow you off and never give a straight answer. He will pray on the poor and elderly disabled and give it to you know you can not afford to fight him. I am disabled ...

    I moved here to be close to school and I have never had any complaints in the 2 years I've been here. The rent has always been reasonable and my 2-bedroom is very spacious. The only downside is that the buildings are located on a busy intersection, so it can get noisy at times. Management is always courteous and speedy about getting maintenance requests taken care of. There's also a Walgreen's right across the street and a CVS and Domino's about a minute down the road. Overall, it's a really nice ...
