Everything is garbage
January 21, 2026Where do I start. Nothing but issues from the start. I’ve seen it all, bird infested balcony, patches of carpet missing with exposed tack strip, huge spiders, bug guy smells like crap, maintenance guy smells crap. Follow up to fix issues is non existent. Staircases are so disgusting I don’t even want to walk down them. Office people suck and typically only last a year. May 13, 2022Craft is a book you can’t judge by it’s cover. It appears nice but under the surface is a range of different issues within your apartment and around the complex. We don’t always feel safe. The complex is hardly ever clean and the hallways of the buildings are NEVER cleaned attracting cats and other wild animals. You practically have to beg maintenance to fix certain issues, and if it’s something they’re confused about they’ll just give you an excuse as to why it can’t be fixed. I have only had a few small issues and Maintenance took care of them right away.
