May 13, 2022Craft is a book you can’t judge by it’s cover. It appears nice but under the surface is a range of different issues within your apartment and around the complex. We don’t always feel safe. The complex is hardly ever clean and the hallways of the buildings are NEVER cleaned attracting cats and other wild animals. You practically have to beg maintenance to fix certain issues, and if it’s something they’re confused about they’ll just give you an excuse as to why it can’t be fixed. The continuously ...rising price of the rentals are not worth the problems. I do not recommend staying hereProperty Manager Responded

I have only had a few small issues and Maintenance took care of them right away.
