July 6, 2025Dear Potential Tenants 100% Honest Review From Current Tenant I’ve been living at Cranbrook Centre for about 7–8 months, and while the community itself is nice and the apartments looked great on the surface when we moved in, the experience has been frustrating overall. The main issue is that the units appear to be given a quick cosmetic update—just some paint on the walls and countertops—without any real maintenance or inspection of the appliances or infrastructure. Since moving in, we’ve ...dealt with a long list of problems: a broken toilet, a broken garbage disposal, a leaking and eventually burst pipe under the sink, multiple kitchen leaks, a leaking and broken sink faucet, and a stove that barely works unless you wiggle the knob just right. Even the oven light doesn’t work. Advice for Future Tenants: If you do choose to live here, do yourself a favor and thoroughly inspect everything before you sign or move in: • Check all appliances (especially the stove and oven) • Test all the lights and burners • Run the water in all sinks and check under them for leaks • Make sure the toilet flushes and fills properly • Confirm the garbage disposal works Also, avoid first-floor units if you value peace and quiet. The front doors to the building slam loudly all day long—literally shaking our walls. Management could easily install soft-close mechanisms, but they haven’t. It’s an ongoing, unnecessary nuisance. To make matters worse, maintenance is painfully slow—there’s only one maintenance worker for the entire complex, which is just not enough. Many issues remain unresolved for weeks (or longer), and it feels like management doesn’t prioritize tenant comfort or repairs. Our toilet was finally replaced, but now the new one doesn’t fill up properly either. It’s disappointing because this place could be great if they invested more in actually maintaining the apartments and hired adequate staff. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to do either. If you’re looking for a stress-free, well-maintained home, I’d advise you to look elsewhere. I will personally be escalating this up the chain and will not rest until they are held accountable. I will remove this review once the issues are resolved. This will be posted everywhere reviews are possible. April 28, 2020My name is Angela and I have lived at Cranbrook Centre Apartments for quite sometime now it’s a wonderful place to live the apartments are huge and there’s plenty of closet space and the landscaping in the summertime is absolutely beautiful and the management team is very accommodating they really try and work with you in a timely manner and it’s also pet friendly but you must be responsible for your pet you also have laundry machine in every building and a nice size pool and car portal for each ...unit along with guess parking also for your convenience there are several shopping center in the immediate area target cvs pharmacy grocery store and several eatery all in all it’s beautiful place to live I do not plan on leaving anytime soon because I love the environment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Okay complex
March 19, 2020This is literally the worst apartment complex ever. The new manager Regina is very rude. Maybe she’s a little slow..?.. because you ask her a question.. she will literally just stare at you and not answer your question.. All she do is sit at the desk, listen to our complaints but never address them.. Let’s me warn you! It’s been over 7 cars has been stolen, within a month! You would think she would inform us about what’s going on in our community.. but no! Overall the apartments are very ...spacious need some minor upgrades.
