March 13, 2023Absolutely a terrible place to rent an apartment. The biggest reason being the management company, they are the worst. Whatever your rent is, consider it will be an additional $100 per month because Frost Chadwick Developers will charge you a lot of miscellaneous fees. And at the end you will not be receiving your deposit back unless you take them to court. DO NOT MOVE IN THERE!Review from Apartments.com
Don’t do it.
December 28, 2021I am a travel nurse. So I travel all over the country taking care of people for limited amounts of time. I decided to come to Los Angeles for a year and just bump around hospitals. So I am renting a unit at Craner Villa. Now, I couldn’t go into the building to see the apartment before moving in, because I was working in Massachusetts at the time. So, I called and asked for photos. They sent me photos. The building looked awesome. The apartment looked great. I signed the lease after talking to the ...people who assured me the neighborhood was safe and that the building was nice. They called it a “luxury” building. Fun fact: It’s not. The photos they sent me were not of the exact apartment I moved into. In addition to the rent, they charge monthly fees that they don’t discuss in advance. Wonderful place to live!!!
January 11, 2019I lived in this apartment. It is a clean & a quite place.The good thing about this apartment is that it is a small apartment where you feel you are more familiar with the people they live. The shops are close by , the Toluca Lake elementary school is on walking distance. Your car parking is under ground & it is safe. Loved this place. I recommend everyone to have a spot at this place.
