Terrible Managment, don't live here.

I have been living here a little over a year now and I have wanted to move ever since like month 3 or 4. The managment is TERRIBLE. They are friendly to your face but RARELY ever fulfill any maintenance requests, the cleaning people who are supposed to clean the hallways regularly also do a crappy job. The entire building is only using one washer and one dryer, because the other two are broke and management never fixes it.

bedroom roof has started molding, both AC's don't work properly so it's alway around 80 degrees, toilet flushes properly only randomly so most of the times I have to manually fill the tank with a bucket to get it to flush, the building has a roach issue as well. I am a very tidy person, but I still have an ongoing problem dealing with roaches getting into my apartment from the hallways. The "gated" parking lot is ALWAYS open becuase they won't fix the gate. The keys everyone has for the building front door does not work, and the door is never locke anyways, neither is the outer gate. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This place is shown as a luxury apartment on a regular street but what the ad won't tell you is that it was used for selling drugs for many many years and there are still drug dealers all around that area. If you plan on raising a family do not rent here.
