There's no place like home!

This is one of the best places I have ever rented. The office staff made me feel like I was home as soon as I walked in the door. My neighbors are wonderful! My Retriever loves the dog park and the staff . It is so quiet and peaceful here. The Maintenance guys are so nice and get my issues done quickly. My apartment is so spacious and I love my balcony. I would highly recommend Creed Canyon to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Creed Canyon Apartments so far. The management team has been easy to work with and very attentive. Craig and Ashley are both professional, approachable, and quick to respond when anything comes up.

Everything I ask of the maintenance guys gets completed expeditiously and correctly. Everything from my apartment to the pool area is spick-and-span clean and in working order. The people are some of the most pleasant human beings I have had the pleasure to meet and you cannot beat the location as well as the price!

"Living here is a nightmare. There is constant, rhythmic, industrial-grade pounding from above that sounds like a furniture reupholstery business. It starts early and goes as late as 1:30 AM. It is so loud that I have to resort to banging on my ceiling with a broom handle just to be heard, and when I’ve gone upstairs to knock on their door, they refuse to answer.
Management has completely gaslit me, claiming this is just 'toddler noise' and telling me I’m oversensitive because I used to live in a ...
house. No toddler creates rhythmic, mechanical thumping for 18 hours a day. On top of the noise, their dog urinates off their balcony directly onto my patio, making my outdoor space a biohazard.
Management’s only solution was to suggest I move myself to another unit at my own expense. They refuse to enforce the lease or address the health and noise violations. If you want a management team that actually manages the building and respects your right to a sanitary, quiet home, do not move here."

We LOVE living here. The office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and eager to address any issues that come up. The maintenance staff are friendly and want to address any maintenance concern or issues in a timely manner. The property is kept clean and neat. This is an A+++ I highly recommend this place to call home.
