Do not rent at this place!!!
December 10, 2022Do not recommend this place at all. Lived here for a year, and when trying to renew, I disclosed that we would be moving before the lease was up and I wanted more information. They told us that we would only have to pay one month extra for breaking our lease. Totally fine. When the time comes that we have to move, they disclose that two weeks ago, the policy changed and now two months rent needed to be paid in order to move out early. Then, when moving out, we left some items in the apartment ...because we still had the property for a while longer and we were going to come back and get it. When we get back to the apartment, all of our items are gone, and there are tools in the bathtub. We still have not gotten our items back despite frequent calling and emailing. Then, they did not give us our full security deposit back when we left the apartment exactly like we found it. Please do not waste your money at this place, they will take advantage of you.Property Manager Responded
