Nice Neighborhood, Easy access freeways
April 1, 2017Lived here a year, it was perfect for our budget at the time. Water is allocated which stayed between $40-50 every month. You can install home security if you wanted, but had to give the code to the office. I do not recommend getting satellite cable as they didn't seem to like that. AT&T Uverse does cover this area. Trash pick up is free. Pet friendly dog park and easy walking distance to the post office. Police station down the same street. I love it here
January 26, 2016My daughter and I have lived here for about 6 years now and we absolutely love it. I have seen all of the management changes, good and bad but this change has been the best for this place. The office staff is friendly and always helpful and the maintenance guys are always on top of it! Any time I see any of them they say hello or wave and they know me by name. Creek on Park Place
November 17, 2015I have been living here for about 8 months now and my husband and I are ready for our lease to be up. The appliances are nice, but its very small pantry. When we moved in, I found a box of rice that had been painted over by maintenance left from the previous renter. Also, had ants in the pantry twice. Bathroom is very small and the cheap floors are peeling, very cheap carpet. In the past 2 months, I have had 4 different wasps find their way inside my locked apartment (I know they are different ...b/c I've killed it every time). My next door neighbor sits outside on the A/C unit and smokes marijuana. Speaking of A/C! We have had them come out 4 times to "fix" our unit and maintenance guy just keeps telling me to "turn if off for a few hours and then turn it back on and it will work." During the summer! Not bad, Stepping it up
September 8, 2015I've lived here since Jan. of 2014, and the it's been a roller coaster of how well it's doing. In Feb. of this year (2015) they changed owners and as they've been training it's been a little on the weird side (The website's down and changing constantly forcing you to pay in office with a check or Cashier's check, even if your preferred payment is online) All in all, it's a nice place, Gym's chilled even during the hot summer months. The pool's relatively clean compared to most apartment ...complexes. The Creek on Park Place
August 3, 2015This place was really nice for the first month, but then the maintenance issues started. I have at least 4 water leaks in the master bathroom. The toilet in the Guest bathroom has never worked properly, I have asked them multiple times to pull the toilet up to check inside but they told me they would charge me for whatever is stuck inside. I gave up on asking. The first month I was at this place there were mushrooms growing in the cabinet under my sink, once again for a water leak. They were ...suppose to replace that cabinet, instead the wood has been left there to rot. Last thing: There is no cold water in the Master Bathroom shower, I have to be very careful to not get scalded. SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD
August 31, 2015I have lived at the creek on park place for about 2 years now. The neighborhood is nice and down the road from the local police station so it is pretty safe. July 30, 2015Love this place! Beautiful landscaping, pool, workout room, outdoor grills by pool with marble countertops! At night the pool is light with beautiful blue lights. Close to Southlake and Grapevine. Awesome restaurants (JR's Steak House) on 121! The price is right here--nice but not expensive! July 30, 2015I have lived here for 1 year. Anything I ask I am allowed to do. Plant flowers, buy my own appliances, move to a less expensive smaller apartment-- anything. The apartments are VERY affordable and they are so cute nestled among a grove of trees. Peaceful and quiet here. Charlie and Jessica take care of this place as if it's there own. Never had any problem they didn't take care of immediately. Pool, exercise room are always clean and available. Very nice grill set up with outdoor lights by pool. ...Love it here. July 23, 2015currently staying at The Creek on park place in Bedford , Tx. I've lived here for 2 years and they are pretty nice. the apartments are spacious, and all upgraded. They have a nice pool area with an outdoors kitchen the area is a bit small. so if you're wanting to go swimming while school is out, good luck. kids are all ways in the pool and there is only one. there's a small dog park much smaller than the one in the neighboring complex. July 23, 2015I've been living in my town home since March 2014. The first 6 months of living here were good. I was excited about having my own place, but then I started to realize the apartment's faults. 1. Extremely high utility bills - the normal water bill cost for the area is about $20 - $25, but I've never seen it less than $42 - $45. 2. Tinted windows - The worst! I thought they would be helpful because it gets really hot in Texas, but the tinted windows really give off a somber mood. If you ...close all the doors and blinds, it's literally pitch black dark in the apartment. No exaggeration. 3. The apartments are old. 4. Units don't come with a microwave. 5. I found it odd that the washer/dryer connections are in the walk-in-closet. 6. Not real wood floors. 7. Very little kitchen cabinet space. 8. Bathroom is very small. 9.
