I called asking simple leasing questions and the lady who answered the phone said it was only her second day on the job and couldn’t answer my questions or even what the deposit was then hung up on me. Imagine moving in and then staff treats you this way. Being kind and friendly goes along way! This place is trash and will make sure I steer everyone away.

I’m actually living in that place I have I month letting those people know that the fridge is not working, they previously to put another one also not working; my foods are wasted; they towed my car twice to take my money…. Plus rat, roaches… If someone think about coming here for cheap, trust me you’ll pay more… and it’s not a healthy place at all

Rats everywhere . In the walls etc. they came & put a new toilet in because the last one was leaking & left a GIANT hole in the wall behind the toilet which like mice in. Hear rats screching & scratching in the walls all through the night . Maintenance & office staff HORRIBLE ! They NEVER answer the phone & even when you go in the office it’s weeks- months before they even come to do anything . Can’t wait until this lease is up !

Bugs get in because everything isn’t sealed properly, the treatments they use do not work on the ants that live here. Trash and rats everywhere. Poorly patched ceiling leaks. Outdated appliances. Terrible insulation. Uneven floors. I found trash from the last tenants under my fridge and stove. It’s disgusting here. Not worth your money at all.

I cannot wait for my lease to end. Cars get broken into. Trash everywhere. No help from maintenance unless it’s heat or water related. Will not help with bugs or replace front door with giant gap that lets in bugs. Roof insulation is nonexistent so heat bill is out of this world. It’s not worth the money saved.
