Great school district, close to the interstate, lots of restaurants close by, affordable apartments in a great location. Bedrooms are spacious with lots of closet space. Open floorplans! Love the pantry in the kitchen.

I live here for 13+ years and when I decided to by a home, I asked Creekpointe to do a act of kindness by letting me out of my lease for the remaining 2 months and they responded “No special treatments”, but called me weeks later asking what can they do to get me to stay. They never had any issues or late payments alway from me, but they have had poor management(like a swinging door) NO GOOD DEED FOR A LOYAL TENANT

A nice quiet and well-kept neighbourhood. A good place for children. Schools for all grade levels are nearby. Excellent school bus services. Children are picked up and dropped off within the community compound. Hospital is just minutes away! Safe community atmosphere.

I have lived at Creekpointe for over ten years. Mainly because the community is quite, safe, clean, spacious, drug free, and has a pretty nice office and maintenance team. Qualities which are rare to have and find all in one place.

I truly didn't believe I would be this happy renting here...I had one issue with an apliance and it was fixed immediately the same day and has not been a problem since...my son has made friends already and the school and my job are both within 3 minutes of here...I am completely satisfied especially with my master bath!!!
