TERRIBLE

Air conditioner doesn't work and I get excuses no results in fixing it. The temperature is in the mid 80's in apartment even though I set temperature to 69 - 70 degrees. The utility bills here are another problem they overcharge ,roaches people leaving trash in hallways ,people blasting so called music from their cars in parking lot.I really regret moving here.

As a person that has moved around quite a bit and living in all kinds of places and apartments creek side apartments at definitely the absolute worst there are mice everywhere, there is not enough parking at night making it so that you have to park far from your building, the people that work in the offices are rude and unhelpful you have to pay and apply for a pool pass separate from rent and it’s is hours are never correct as they open and close it whenever they want overall my experience at ...

Not a good place

Do NOT consider getting an apartment at Creekside. A couple reasons why- their maintenance team never corrects some household critical problems (one we're recently having with our fridge). Our fridge does not cool and makes noise as loud as someone shouting in your ears. I opened a ticket 20 days ago and nobody bothers coming and checking it out, instead blames the problem on us.

We have been living for 2 months at Creekside and so far it has been a very good experience. Only once we've needed the maintenance assistance and they we're very quick to solve our situation. At the beggining Jeimmy helped us a lot during the process and the details of the leasing contract. We really like the area and peaceful atmosphere. They also took care quickly of the snow in the streets during the storms that came around in this season. We are very grateful of moving to this complex and we ...

Do NOT waste your time in this place!! Between mice, endless roaches, and rude/nosy neighbors this complex is not worth the price you’re paying. Central AC/Heat doesn’t get to the bedrooms at all due to a bad ventilation job. Bad electrical work causing both bedrooms and bathroom to be on one breaker so power constantly goes out on 1 half of the apartment even if extremely little is being used. Neighbors are dirty and so your apartment WILL get infested, especially the hallways because neighbors ...

first off their are mice all up and down this apartment. The hallways they run from one apartment to the next. There all in the walls and they travel in packs if you have one you can bet you have about 2-3 more. The garbage area never stays clean for very long. The apartments are a good size for just two ppl other than that I would NOT recommend it at all.

Management is extremely rude. Maintenance are no help. The apartments are rather small and the people living there aren't exactly friendly. I've lived here five years, always on time with rent, keep to myself, yet still the people at the office always have an attitude and it's next to impossible to get maintenance to come fix something. I plan on moving out come February and I could not be more excited.
