I really enjoy living here! This apartment complex has totally transformed. It is so much nicer than it was before! My apartment is roomy with lots of lights and has nice upgraded kitchen and bathroom. The grounds are kept trimmed and there is plenty of open green areas to walk my dog. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Management is pretty fast to respond to maintenance requests. I plan on renewing my lease.

Renters since September 2018. All has been well. Neighbors have all been friendly. Though, some have been loud the managers were quick to address it. The maintenance man was always busy renovating but didn’t hesitate to stop what he was doing to address our concerns(loose door handle, thermostat broken). They(owners) have really tried keeping the place looking nice by in stating new rules about pets and their outdoor needs. Most people don’t follow them but they are trying. All in all it’s not a ...
