December 18, 2019Apartments are poorly maintained. The "Management" is rarely in the office or on site. If you have more than one vehicle parking will be an issue, you only have one assigned parking spot. The management who lives off-site takes up tenant parking with all of their extra vehicles (at least 8 vehicles). If you have guest, there is nowhere for them to park other than on the street.
