Condo is always clean and pleasant.

Over the past 17 years the condo has always been clean and well kept. It is also quiet and very friendly. There are a variety of fun restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as the battlefield. It is an excellent place to live.

There is brown liquid dripping from the hall ceilings, the hall ceiling falls apart often, hallways smell like pee & cigarettes, the apartment itself has black mold & water damage. Landlord insists tenet deal with mold issues and doesn’t want to be bothered. This place is awful. Since living here my asthma has gotten worse and I find it hard to breathe at times now. Stay away from this awful place for your own good.
