Terrible Place to Live!

Don’t bother moving here if you don’t expect to get your deposit back. It has a reputation for holding on to every cent no matter how clean your apartment is. Just ask the neighbors. There are homeless people building fires all night in the creek area right in the back and sometimes they even hop the fence. It is always incredibly noisy and the property manager is very rude. The gate is always having some kind of issue and there are cops in the area day and night. My first week there I witnessed ...

a SWAT team cornering two men in one of the homes in front! I was counting the days towards the end of my lease and I found out that being unhappy with where you live can really hinder your overall mood. I did find this place to be the cheapest in the area but it definitely was not worth it. Think twice!
