          My family and I have lived here for almost 3 years and it could not be a better community. Super well-maintained, new construction that is modern and clean. It's awesome to have a garage and basement space which you can find in very few rentals. The surprising part is that noise level is almost non-existent between units. Also, you can get 2GB fiber internet, which is a lifesaver if you work from home. The office staff have always been responsive to any requests and they always have fun ...
          community events. Coffee & snow cone trucks and decorating contests. You can tell that they care about the community.

        • Mice infestation

          November 14, 2020
          If I could give a zero I would. Mice in our townhouse. Was told that they needed two weeks to get rid of mice. Mice droppings, urine and oil secretions are all over the townhouse. Unable to live in townhouse due to infestation and small children. Management will not assist with temporary housing we were told, we would have to move boxes out of our basement and garage. Which is an added expense. We are new to the area and is using unfinished basement for storage while our new house is being ...
          build like most of the tenants are. Baulk Brown is building more townhomes next to ours. Lots of cornfields and water. Do not lease at Creekside unless you don’t mind having a rodent problem. The management company with show no empathy and will only send pest control. Regional manager will only communicate with you through email.

            We take the care of our residents very seriously and absolutely understand the frustration of incidents such as this one. Occurrences such as this happen for a multitude of reasons, such as construction, dropping temperatures, boxes being stored, etc. That is why our manager was in constant contact with you since the first communication regarding this issue, while having the exterminator out multiple times to monitor the situation until it was 100% resolved. We were more than happy to offer your family a transfer, and before you decided not to do so we were able to get the mice taken care of promptly at your home. Our staff is always available to help you if you should ever need our help once more, and are glad we could help you in this instance.
