Its very cozy, doesn't feel like an apartment and has amazing views. Its overall very quiet, everyone basically keeps to themselves. Yes you can sort of hear your neighbors next to you, or above/below but you can in most apartments so that's nothing new. If you don't want that, than rent a house? Close enough to walk anywhere in the village and the office management is amazing.
Good if you don’t mind hearing every detail of your neighbors lives.

I enjoy looking at the creek from my living room. I like the open concept. But I am so tired of living with my neighbors. It seems like they forgot the soundproofing completely. You can hear them on the sides. Below or above you. Even in the master bathroom that only shares the floor/ ceiling. There is no privacy. So if you come from a big family and that kind of stuff doesn’t bother you than go for it. But it is driving me insane.
Secondly, I believe I am only the second tenant But the smell of ...
cats had not gone away. The masked it heavily with cleaning solution so I didn’t notice until after a week or so of move in.
There are no pet station despite everyone having dogs, so naturally you can find large amounts of dog crap in various places. Hopefully not on your shoes.
The hallway is big but the laundry closet isn’t big enough to fit your washer or dryer. So you’ll have to take the doors off. Maybe if you have a tiny one it will fit. But they will lie to you and say it will fit fine.
It looks pretty until you actually live here, then you will find out you suverily over paid for s polished piece of crap. :)
