Best Apartment EVER
May 21, 2019This place is truly amazing. It’s in the best and safest part of town, near everything, still close to downtown, and the VIEWS! Literally a million dollar view. I can’t imagine not waking up to the Chugach mountains every morning. I toured a dozen apartments in town, and the second I walked in and saw the view I was sold. Not only do I have the view of the mountains and forest, but I can also see fox, eagles, and moose from time to time. I can stay inside all day, and truly feel like I’m ...outdoors. ALSO an indoor trash chute, indoor mailboxes, and a heated parking garage?! Couldn’t ask for more with the Alaska winter weather. I also feel super safe here! Staff and maintenance are great, never had an issue, and neighbors are always pleasant (also I never hear them which is also wonderful lol). Literally in love with my apartment and plan on staying here as long as I’m in Anchorage!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Pretty Darn Nice Apartment
September 1, 2015We have been here for about a year and we've loved our time here. The only complaint I would have is that I got my bass guitar stolen (it was probably my own fault because I left it in the car). The landlord couldn't do much about it, so that was frustrating.
