June 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comCreekside is an attractive and quiet complex conveniently located in a safe neighborhood near the Sunset Shopping Center (Safeway, Dollar Tree, Bi-Mart, Samaritan Urgent Care, a brand-new laundromat, and the Oregon State Credit Union, as well as restaurants, parks, wetlands, and multi-modal paths. It is easy to go any direction from here. It is a short drive to the Oregon State University campus or to downtown, and there is a bus stop (Corvallis buses are free) just outside the main entrance. The ...apartments have good floor plans, and the parking is reserved. There is a Parcel Pending room so that tenants can pick up packages 24/7, but the new mailboxes have compartments large enough for many small to medium sized packages. There are garages and storage spaces that can be rented. The dog park has recently been revitalized, and they have installed a spa and a swimming pool for the human inhabitants. The parking lot is currently being re-paved and re-painted. An excellent place to live!Read More

They’re more than willing to answer any and all questions they can and were very understanding about the amount of questions my roommate and I had. They’re only downside so far is the website, the website does not always display accurate information which is really frustrating for new applicants and the leasing staff. And the maintenance team is fast to respond and very helpful and friendly. It has a peaceful atmosphere, great scenery, and a sense of space that makes day-to-day life feel a little lighter. The staff has also been consistently kind and easy to work with. They’re friendly, responsive, and seem to genuinely care about the residents, which I really appreciate. That said, the apartment itself could use some attention.
