April 2, 2026Good response time for fixing issues in the apartment. A little expensive but worth it. Appliances are great but most importantly the location is very good and kept clean. It is close to many things and that is very helpful for many reasons as well.Property Manager Responded

March 11, 2026Creekside is an attractive and quiet complex conveniently located near the Sunset Shopping Center (Safeway, Burger King, UPS Store, Dollar Tree, Bi-Mart, Adam’s Washeteria, Subway, Samaritan Urgent Care) and the Oregon State Credit Union, as well as restaurants, parks, and multi-modal paths. It is easy to go any direction from here. It is a short drive to the Oregon State University campus or to downtown, and there is a (fareless) bus stop just outside the main entrance. The apartments have good ...floor plans, and the parking is reserved. There is a Parcel Pending room so that tenants can pick up packages 24/7, but new mailboxes installed a few years ago have compartments large enough for many small to medium sized packages and outgoing mail drops. Dog friendly and non-smoking property now includes a spa and pool. Good mix of residents of all ages. Very safe neighborhood.Property Manager Responded
