July 10, 2025Maintenance is always considerate and office staff are nice. We love the marshland that is walking distance and being in nature. Only complaint is people going through the trash at dawn almost everyday.Property Manager Responded

June 27, 2025I appreciate the complex’s proximity to bus stops that go through the university and into downtown. It doesn’t feel like a college town over here, yet you can get there quickly.Property Manager Responded

June 1, 2025Good location near bus stop, reasonable rent, solid maintenance. Live in a non-remodeled unit, but worth it for the discount on rent. Mold does grow easily is the only downside.Property Manager Responded

May 10, 2025Clean & very good up keep. The grass is cut when needed and they power wash the stalls. The staff is very friendly & professional. Nice place to live, been there for 3 years now.Property Manager Responded
