DONT COME HERE
September 7, 2021Worst Management you will ever find. Knew we were moving in from over two hours away and couldn't walk the apartment before signing the lease so on the day we moved in we found out the previous tenant had pets and the carpet smells so bad and looks dank. DANK! These are "Luxurious" apartments and cost as much as well but definitely doesn't have the integrity of one. Save your time and $$$$ and don't go here.Review from Apartments.com

We notified the office and once we were able to speak to them face to face they told us there was nothing they could do for us besides make US pay for them to be cleaned. Nicest Rentals in Stephenville
September 24, 2019I moved here with my wife a year and a half ago, and we love it! The staff is super friendly and handles maintenance requests quickly. The internet is way faster than I've had anywhere else in Stephenville. Other places I've rented in this town promised lots of things, but didn't deliver. Nicest In Town With one drawback
August 8, 2019Nice appliances, the sink has a sprayer nozzle, huge hot water heater, Granite counter tops, everything looks new and clean, perfect kept grounds, super speed cable, debit card laundry, dog walking area, faux wood plank flooring, town homes means no one upstairs or below you, ceiling fans in an upgraded unit. You can even rent covered parking. Management is EXCELLENT. Maintenance helped fix my shower water flow, install a ceiling fan and bathroom cabinet over the toilet. If you love a shower ...stall, the one bedroom's on the ends of the buildings have those. But the walls between the units downstairs are paper thin and you can hear everything. It's unbearable. I have to turn my TV up to be able to drown out the neighbor's TV. One bad thing is better than 12 bad things, right? It's a town with few choices. Jump on this one. Worst place i’ve ever lived
March 9, 2019WORST management i’ve ever seen. Laughed in our face when we reported an issue and continued to basically kick us out the door with the issue unaddressed. Apartments always have things breaking. Half the appliances, hot water, and sink were broken when we moved in. Lawn was about 4 ft high in the mid summer. Place wasn’t vacuumed and had an insane amount of dog hair EVERYWHERE. Laundry mat washer/dryers never work and are always breaking. You have to pay about 10-12$ just to do your laundry every ...time because every machine breaks halfway through and you have to restart your loads. Highly Recommend!
February 15, 2017I have lived here for 8 Months. Maintenance is there within 24 hours if anything goes wrong in my apartment. They have increased security for covered parking with tags- which I enjoy knowing my spot is protected and if someone else parks there- it won't happen over and over again. I rarely hear my neighbors- and In fact have gotten to know most of them and thoroughly enjoy being surrounded by good people. You can't find that most places. As with new construction, there are many trial and errors ...and I understand that. But, This is by far the nicest community in Stephenville. Nicest Place in the Stephenville
February 15, 2017I have lived in Stephenville for years. I went to College here, and am now a young professional trying to work in the area. I HIGHLY recommend living here. Low maintenance, Nice modern feel, two stories, covered parking, friendly neighbors and staff, etc. I could go on. There are only about half students as I have noticed so it is perfect for any age group, a growing family, college student, retirement, a married couple. Just about anybody. They have two laundry centers that are in pristine ...condition, a pool to have a grand opening this spring and backyards for my family and I to grill on the weekends and also keep our dogs running around. From Luxury Apartment to Wonderful Community
February 15, 2017This place has been the most professional place I've ever been at. I got a brand new apartment with a brand new back yard for my fur children to run and play. I get to design and decorate my home how I want and have the best neighbors I could ask for! The best part though would have to be the staff. They make every resident feel like a priority and help with any problem I may have. Creekside has gone from an ordinary apartment complex to a wonderful community.Review from Apartments.com
