September 9, 2025The other reviews suggesting that it is a slick sales pitch followed up by poor property management is true. Deferred maintenance until they are inspected. Ever rising rent. No communication since the phone is never answered. Mold, leaks and more. Don’t be fooled by the mowed grass, that is probably the only thing maintained.Property Manager Responded

AMAZING
October 21, 2022I went in today for a tour and I have to tell you a LOVE this place! The minute you walk in you feel like you are home. Staff was very informative and helpful. With it being Affordable Housing I wasn't sure I would qualify but the manager walked me right through it and was very knowledgeable about the program. I came in on a day when about a dozen ladies were playing cards in the clubroom and every single one of the introduced themselves to and even invite me to sit and play!
