Deferred maintenance until they are inspected. Ever rising rent. No communication since the phone is never answered. Mold, leaks and more. Staff was very informative and helpful. With it being Affordable Housing I wasn't sure I would qualify but the manager walked me right through it and was very knowledgeable about the program. I came in on a day when about a dozen ladies were playing cards in the clubroom and every single one of the introduced themselves to and even invite me to sit and play!
