Horrible place to live. These apartments are infested with roaches and had rats running inside walls. The manager was terrible as well and would put little to no effort in management. Would not recommend applying. There is also too much violence in the area.

Maintaince is great. Always willing to help me when I need them. Everything is closed by. The 805 the 94 fwy. Stores, trolley, and transportation are within walking distance. As well as schools. Management is helpful as well. I call this place home.

Me gusta este lugar porque esta sercas las escuelas y asi pueden mis hijos ir a la escuela mas sera descansen in poco mas me gusta el. Mantenimiento cuando at algo para reparar ablo y elegida Mandan a algien areglar me gusta que este sercas el friwey el trolley los camiones esta aercas todo snore todo me agenda la compression y el apoyo que me brindan Grasias

Hemos vivido aquí por solo un par de meses y la gente aquí es muy amables. Tuvimos un problema con la estufa y en menos de 15 mo autos desde que les marqué me la arreglaron.

Been here for 4 years now and love it. It's conveniently in the middle of everything in San Diego. has some good schools in the area. And maintenance and landlord does a good job of keeping the place up, everything looks nice. And they've always been really good in accommodating my daughter with special needs to have a safer environment! Thank you creekside staff.

The apartments are poorly maintained and are small and filthy. ROACHES! We are vey clean people an we have been forced to bomb our apartment too many times and the roaches are still running our kitchen. The leasing office staff is rude. And maintenance is a joke, our refrigerator kept leaking and it took them 5 reports of the leaking before they replaced the fridge. But they gave us a fridge that was infested with more ROACHES!

I have been leaving here for about two years I seen a lot of tenants come and go.the complex is very noisy, too expensive and has a lot of unwanted creatures like roaches the management is not all that great. I am looking for a place at this time that I can afford so I can get out of here
