January 9, 2021Horrible place to live. These apartments are infested with roaches and had rats running inside walls. The manager was terrible as well and would put little to no effort in management. Would not recommend applying. There is also too much violence in the area.Property Manager Responded

Been Living Here for 10 years.
December 21, 2018Maintaince is great. Always willing to help me when I need them. Everything is closed by. The 805 the 94 fwy. Stores, trolley, and transportation are within walking distance. As well as schools. Management is helpful as well. I call this place home.Review from Apartments.com

Good place to live with kids
December 18, 2018Been here for 4 years now and love it. It's conveniently in the middle of everything in San Diego. has some good schools in the area. And maintenance and landlord does a good job of keeping the place up, everything looks nice. Not worth your time, patience and money
August 10, 2015The apartments are poorly maintained and are small and filthy. ROACHES! We are vey clean people an we have been forced to bomb our apartment too many times and the roaches are still running our kitchen. The leasing office staff is rude. And maintenance is a joke, our refrigerator kept leaking and it took them 5 reports of the leaking before they replaced the fridge. But they gave us a fridge that was infested with more ROACHES!Review from Apartments.com
