Rent somewhere else
September 11, 2020I’ve rented my apartment for going on two years. This place does minimal upkeep on the property, has no pool, sidewalks and walkways stay filthy. I pay $75 extra a month for a backyard that hasn’t had mulch replaced since I’ve been there. Save money and rent elsewhere.Property Manager Responded
September 14, 2020Hello! We are so sorry you had this experience. We are now having the property pressure washed every 3 months and we just had this done back in July- the property is not even 2 years old. We have had new mulch installed and landscaping done recently as well. We are installing a pool this coming February 2021. Again, we apologize that you feel this way.
