Decent place but insanely high electric bill
March 8, 2022I rented the newly renovated 1 bed 1 bath apartment. The unit is fully 100% electric for heating and appliances, this includes AC as well. I moved in towards end of summer and didn't need to run the AC at all but through the 4 months of winter I've dealt with I have had electric bills range from $300-$425 a month. I live alone and barely use the oven. I've never used the dishwasher. Each room has a separate thermostat and even keeping your eye on these and changing them makes no difference. Excellent nature setting
March 22, 2021I love the location of this property. There is a walking trail through the woods with a running creek, filled with wildlife. Also being able to have a garage for extra storage is amazing. Management does great with any needed repairs and new renovations are beautiful.Review from Apartments.com
