August 11, 2022Each time I visit Cortland North Beach, I experience a clean and tranquil environment. I am much impressed with the maintenance team members who do an excellent job at keeping the property in top-notch condition. May 2, 2022I do not recommend anyone to come here! Me and my husband moved here from another state last year in December. Upon moving in we notice alot of things was wrong. Leaking faucet, door knob on wrong, lock wasn't working for the guess bathroom, the mantle needed painting, and it was nasty behind the dishwasher and stove! The apartment was not move in ready AT ALL but we made it work. I was going to clean up anyway because I knew not to trust that it would be clean. We told them about the issues and ...after 2-3 months of begging, they finally fixed all but one problem and that was the faucet. It's been 5 months and they still haven't replaced the faucet! They are ridiculous and trifling! We had mold under our kitchen sink. It took 5 days for maintenance to come out. All he did was spray it with some treatment and painted over it the next few days. I was under the impression he was suppose to cut out the damage board and replace it. Nope, he painted over it! PLEAS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEASE!Property Manager Responded

I don't know if they are short staffed or what, but I have seen other residents unhappy with management as well.
