July 12, 2024I had a really disappointing experience with Creekstone RTP apartments. Everything seemed great when I was looking to lease, but once I signed the lease, things went downhill fast. The apartments were in bad shape, and whenever something broke, the maintenance team couldn't fix it properly. It felt like the staff weren't experienced or trained for their jobs. The management didn't seem to care about doing a good job - it was like they just wanted to do the bare minimum to get by. If you don't ...mind living in a place that's not well taken care of, then maybe Creekstone RTP is for you. But if you want to get your money's worth, I'd definitely think twice about living there. Not Safe
September 8, 2022Just left IRT Living property because a neighbor shot a BULLET into another neighbor's apartment - luckily nobody was hurt. We felt unsafe after this incident but IRT Living wouldn't let us out of the lease without penalty unless we signed a NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (attached). That pissed me off so I refused to sign. Great apartments. Decent location
February 13, 2020Updated, maintenance is fantastic. Even though certain people knock them, they were sure to make everything right. The leasing office is incredible and are extremely helpful with tremendous personalities/attitudes. Apartment itself is updated and perfect. The clubhouse is like a family room and is so fun! Only thing is the location, if you are big in nightlife everything is 15-25 minutes away but other than that everything you could need is between 30 seconds to 3 minutes away!!Review from Apartments.com
Apartment was Decent but the Move Out was Awful
August 31, 2017My stay at Creekstone was very average as far as amenities and quality but they completely took advantage of me on my moved out. They took the entirety of my security deposit to replace carpet that they claimed "had traffic lines that ran too deep". I replaced the stove drip pans and they still charged me for them on the way out. Along with that they charged me for "shadowing in the bath tubs" which I bleached on a monthly basis. All of this was to renovate the apartment, that I took exquisite ...care of, and they wrung me out for all of my security deposit. They also attempted to charge me the whole months rent on the last week and a half of my lease. Very disappointing
August 17, 2017Carpets were old and spotted and they charged me for changing them out. Charged for lightbulbs, which one was out on the track light when I moved in. Some of the staff were nice, but one, very unfriendly. Not a safe location at all. Not worth the money
July 12, 2017The upkeep of the apartments are not up par. Our A/C, microwave, and dryer went out after just a few months living here. Our unit was not move in ready and had many issues such as damaged door with huge hole in the center of it, rust and mold, filthy washer and dryer. The staff has not been the easiest to deal with when issues like noise complaints and maintenance issues arise. You will have to hound them or track maintenance team down yourself if you want problems to be addressed and repaired ...promptly. You'll never be notified if they receive your packages. You just have to drop by and see for yourself. There's not enough adequate parking for some locations, so you have to park and walk a good distance from your apartment. The grounds are maintained pretty good. To sum things up, I wouldn't recommend this property. Apartment appliances craps out too often, staff is rude, corporate ignores tenants concerns, and our building can be pretty noisy at all times of the day.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 4, 2015The apartment complex I currently stay at is wonderful. The leasing specialists are very friendly and accommodating. The amenities offered are high quality and maintenance requests are resolved within 24 hours. This is considered a luxury apartment complex so it's expensive but it's also high quality. There is a lot of diversity as far as renters at this complex. It's noise free and crime free as far as I know. August 20, 2015I moved to my apartment at Creekstone at RTP almost three years ago. This community is filled with wonderful neighbors set in a resort like setting! The management team and maintenance guys are awesome and treat us all like family! They truly care about the property but most of all every family who lives here! August 14, 2015This is a fabulous place to live if you want to be close to it all, but away from it all. Creekstone is walking distance to I-40, 10mins away from Brier Creek and Morrisville Square and 12mins to the South point mall. This place is chalked full of great amenities, a year round resort style pool, a TRUE media room, a clubhouse w/ pool tables, a yoga room, and a full kitchen. The apartments are beautiful w/ granite counters, gorgeous architecture, large bedrooms and bathrooms. I have been here 2yrs ...and plan to renew. Its an effortless place to live. Its super safe w/ a police office on premise and well maintained. My friends say that it literally feels like their on vacation. July 28, 2015Elegant, roomy apartment in a great location with lots of amenities. Nice kitchen ...footprint allows for cooking a complicated meal and the layout is conducive for entertaining. Located near the airport and Research Triangle Park very near shopping and within walking distance of several resturants. Garages available for extra storage, but plenty of closet space.
