They don't care about you. They care about their money.
September 7, 2024We have lived in our unit since May. Our AC has been broken since day 1. I have had 2 seizures caused by the excessive heat in our unit and they refuse to address the issue. They give us a temporary 1-3 day fix and then take almost 2 weeks to respond to emails or maintenence requests. Their emergency maintenance number has been invalid for several months. There are bugs, mold, aggressive off leash dogs and break ins. Do not move here.Review from Apartments.com
