Not worth the money or peace of mind
December 22, 2025There’s no reason to rent at creekview crossing if you can help it. It’s noisy, walls are terribly thin and there is dog poop everywhere. Unhelpful unprofessional office staff and things don’t get fixed because there is no maintenance crew. The only positive thing I can say is that the living room is open and reasonably big, but everything else is sub par. Not worth what you’ll be paying in rent (which will increase tremendously).Property Manager Responded

Noisy and Huge Rent Increase
May 9, 2023We rented a 3bed/2bath without touring in-person as we were moving from out of state. While the apartment management was very helpful and we easily qualified, once we arrived we instantly regretted the choice. Our apartment faced HWY 99 which is very busy and you will hear it constantly... All day and all night. It was atrocious. We had a few maintenance requests which took weeks to get addressed but maintenance was great once they got there. There is no guest parking because spots are used by ...extra resident vehicles. Be prepared for guests to walk half a mile near the dog park to get parking. We paid on time, all year and then 90 days before or lease was up (state law), we got notice that they were increasing our rent by almost $400 (18% increase) per month if we signed a new lease, or over $1k (46% increase) a month if we didn't. They are exempt from rent increase caps. We noticed many apartments being listed for rent because we weren't the only ones who received this wild increase. They lost the apartments for exorbitant amounts and then as the move in date gets close, drops the price so keep that in mind. Irony being they weren't successful renting the units out by the time we moved out and they dropped the price to less than what we were paying! Bizarre and beware these shady business practices.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful unit, just outdated & noisy
October 25, 2021My partner and I have enjoyed living here for the most part. Although we love our living space, this place does have its quirks. The walls are THIN. There are only two shared walls in our unit (one along the stairs, and one along the kitchen/master bedroom); however, we can hear our neighbors using their toilet, coughing, putting their dishes away...you name it! This has created a lot of stress/tension for us. There is also a ton of highway noise if your unit is close to 99. If noise is a ...concern, you may want to pass on this one. The trash area is always a hot mess. Apparently none of the tenants here understand how to use a trash compactor or how to break down boxes. So, the whole is area is either full of abandoned furniture, broken glass, or overflowing with trash and recycling. The parking is also pretty limited. Good luck finding a spot for your guests to park their cars. The appliances are a bit outdated. My partner and I gripe weekly about how much the AC, dishwasher, washer, and drier stink, but we can fully acknowledge that we were spoiled in our last spot. Otherwise, the units are lovely. I love having so much natural light, a fireplace, a pool, a gym, and some nice walking trails nearby. Do with that information what you will!Property Manager Responded

I love living here
July 30, 2020I have loved living here at creekview. I first lived at creekview in 2016 for a short time before moving for work. I have since moved back to Creekview because of many reasons. The units are spacious and well maintained. The staff has always given top notch service from clear communication with the office to fast response from maintenance. They even have community events. Recently they sponsored a taco truck and gave out free tacos to residents, while encouraging everyone to practice social ...distancing and face coverings! Thanks Sarah and Logan! The property is close to great schools and shopping. The area is beautiful and you can walk/run/bike around with ease. Honestly you have to really search for a "down-side" of living here. Very Luxurious
July 30, 2020Creekview crossing is such all around wonderful place to call home. The units have large bright windows and high ceilings that make the units feel even bigger. High end finishes and amenities such as granite counters, a generous pool, garages for most units and a always deserted fitness center, make this property a win win. July 30, 2020Creekview crossing is a wonderful place to live! Our move in was super easy thanks to the clear communication and coordination with the leasing office. The area is beautiful and the grounds are stunning. I have already fallen in love with the sounds of nature when i wake up and enjoy my balcony. The townhomes are spacious and nice. The high end finishes and granite countertops throughout add a touch of class and the kitchen is very large with lots of storage space. Being close to oldtown ...sherwood is nice as we can walk over easily. Safe to say we have happily enjoyed our time at this property! Thanks for everything!Property Manager Responded

October 28, 2019I’ve really enjoyed living here at Creekview. The location is great for my work and everything has been better than expected. I had some trouble with my heating system and the maintenance supervisor, Justin, came by right away and helped me figure out the issue.Property Manager Responded

Great Staff and Location. Love living here!
October 28, 2019I have lived here for awhile now and I have to say the new team is great! Both in the office and maintenance. I recently had a slight maintenance emergency after putting half of a cake down the garbage disposal. I later came to find out that isn't such a good idea. Justin, the maintenance supervisor, was super quick to respond and had my sink fixed in no time. Despite the disgusting mess he really handled it professionally at all times Thank you Justin and I promise I wont do that again!Property Manager Responded

Beautiful home
July 9, 2019Paula, the leasing consultant is absolutely amazing!! I lived in these complexes for about a year now and the entire time she was extremely helpful when it came to any questions or concerns me and my boyfriend had. The complex itself is gorgeous and it’s in a great location! The only downfall we had was with the property manager, Sarah, after moving out when it came to questions I had about my deposit she was extremely disrespectful and rude. 3 weeks after moving out she told me she would be ...sending me to collections if I did not give her around $800 by the end of the month without ever receiving a bill. I asked to speak to someone ahead of her and she told me I would need to look the number up myself, that she would not give it to me. Finally I was able to speak to Paula again and she was more than helpful!Property Manager Responded
