Apartment need serious updating but office staff (only one) EXCELLENT!
August 20, 2018Although Creekview needs serious updating depending on which phase you live in, over all the property is clean and the office staff is wonderful. Maintenance is understaffed, only one maintenance guy who is over worked but does a great job, especially during our horrific Texas summers! The office manager/asst/leasing, Alex, is perfection! We have never met someone who works so hard ALL BY HIMSELF! He tries and succeeds in taking care of us and all the other residents we have encountered in a ...compassionate, professional manner. Even when some who may dissatisfied with either the back log of repairs, rent increases etc. Alex always remains calm and does his best to do what's right for all residents. Alex is amazing, works tirelessly even when he has very little support from upper management. Doing a little online research, we have found that Myan Property Management oversees Creekview along with many other property's in the area and with runs their employees with an IRON FIST with only the OWNER'S bottom line in mind, not the staff or residents. Great Price, Good Location
March 1, 2017I lived at Creekview for a little over 6 months (2016 - 2017). I actually had to break my lease to move back to Colorado for personal reasons, but I sincerely enjoyed living at this apartment complex. I have never had to break a lease before, but they made it as pain-free as possible. The office staff was helpful and kind. Holly is absolutely fantastic. She quickly helped me with various issues while I lived there and was always friendly and welcoming. While the apartments are older than some of ...the other complexes in Sherman, if you can overlook a bit of age, the price really can't be beat. I loved the large outdoor space/patios/balconies and never had any noise issues. Not what they would like you to believe.
October 12, 2016If you like paying a premium price for rent and getting long drawn out delays and excuses and lies for why maintenance can't or won't be done. Then finally when something gets done, you get bottom of the line, trailer trash, short cuts and shabby workmanship. The bare minimum for a elevated rent, Then this is the place for you!
