Comfortable Living With Excellent Management
December 24, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment. The space is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and it truly feels like home. Management has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Mary Wagner is especially kind and very helpful—she always goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of. The community is quiet and welcoming, and the location is very convenient with easy access to nearby stores and essentials. property owners are not genuine people … they are business owners
July 10, 2025I have been living at Creekview for 2.5 years and I have had a host of issues. In order for my maintenance issues to be properly taken care of I had to consistently put in service issues. I have had flooding in my kitchen in living rooms more than once from different sources. I endured bathtub clogging for months with a rent increase before I got a new tub. Each rent renewal had a rent increase for a total of roughly $300. As of recent I am being charged for parking mid-lease which is not legal. ...I will be moving…Property Manager Responded
