I have been living at Creekview for 2.5 years and I have had a host of issues. In order for my maintenance issues to be properly taken care of I had to consistently put in service issues. I have had flooding in my kitchen in living rooms more than once from different sources. I endured bathtub clogging for months with a rent increase before I got a new tub. Each rent renewal had a rent increase for a total of roughly $300. As of recent I am being charged for parking mid-lease which is not legal. ...
