DO NOT RENT HERE-ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!
July 19, 2019Lived here with 3 other student athletes from Highline, this apartment is terribly rundown and the manager lies about everything and is impossible to work with. Everything's falling apart, our hot water went out three times and they take forever to fix it. They violate the landlord tenant laws. We moved out and we had the carpet professionally steam cleaned and the apartment was spotless and out of an $800 deposit we only got $335 back. No matter what you do you will get less than half back. The ...manager tried to evict us over a glitch in their computer system and said he put eviction notices on our doors which he did not. He also said he talked to us about it and he never contacted us. I contacted Pinnacle about the situation and he backed off. He is not trustworthy and does not fix things in a timely matter according to law. He also does not like conflict and will avoid you at all costs! There is a reason there are always apartments to rent here, unfortunately we didn't find that out until it was too late and had already signed a lease. It was torture living here.......and I always tried to stay away or stay with someone else. Also the 4 positive reviews you see on here were from over 3 years ago which was different management. Other negative reviews on here have been taken off as well, imagine that.Property Manager Responded

Nothing works here nothing gets fixed slum
June 20, 2019The pool dont work the racquet ball court is crap sauna nope. These places are falling apart and they dont care nor fix anything. Work order after work order gets put in but nothing happens Im contacting the better business bureau. They arent doing there job. The land lord obviously don't care. Worse decision ever
May 4, 2017Creekwood Apartments is the worse apartment! I live on the street side and the road noise and airplane noise is so LOUD. We weren't aware of this when we moved in and we can't even leave our window open because the sound is deafening. Not only that but sounds from your neighbors travel like there's no tomorrow. Right now it's 3am and my next door neighbors are out on their porch having a party and smoking weed and it sounds like they are right in my room. From their conversations they have ...parties on the week days because that's when she's off.... My upstairs neighbors make the most noise imaginable and having a screaming toddler that loves having tantrums anywhere from 2am-5pm every single night. Even after numerous complaints to management they are still so loud after 10 pm. We have never had a peaceful night in this place since we moved in a little over a month ago. And it seems like now the neighbors next to my upstairs neighbors like to leave their big dog outside on the patio and it whines and barks for an hour before they let the dog back in. Calling security is a joke they don't care as they are "super busy" so they want you off the phone as soon as you call and take half an hour to respond to noise complaints so it's not even worth it. It looks like we got the worst of these apartments unlike everyone else... We even still get the previous tenants mail! Moving here has been the worst decision I ever made and my quality of life has severely detoriated due to being woken up for hours every night. Avoid this place at all costs!!! The only good thing about this place is Eric the maintenance guy who keeps the grounds spotless! He also fixed any problems we had really fast including no hot water, light bulbs that went out and screen from windows and doors he replaced with brand new ones! And also Jamey the landlord took care of some complaints I had but it just seems like it's not being taken very well on the tenant side. Neighbors obviously don't care..Property Manager Responded

September 13, 2015My family and I have lived in Creekwood Apartments for three years now, and its' been nothing but tranquility. Creekwood is close to the Des Moines Marina, where we promenade often. Creekwood is a placid, natural environment, with lots of green everywhere; true to our Evergreen State. It's welcoming to wake up to the chirping of birds, small wildlife climbing trees, and the afternoon walks to the Puget Sound shore. We love it, since its' close to our kids' school, and nearby town shops. We have ...clean recreational places, from tennis courts to pool, that are always ready for use. Staff is always attentive, and friendly--Creekwood is a friendly place, whether you're living as an individual, or as a family. July 27, 2015I have been at creek wood for about 6-years and it has been absolutely great here at creek-wood. The grounds are kept in perfect beauty. It great to have so many stores in walking distance my apartment is secluded and private there's plenty of air here due to the trees around the complex. The tenants here are great and quiet. The pool area is kept in tiptop shape by the facilities maintenance crew you can even reserve the pool area for special events. or the cabana for birthday parties or ...special visits from your family Members. The Mailboxes are nearby for easy access and there are several garbage can near by each unit so you don't have to walk far when it comes to taking the trash out. Each tenant is given one over head parking stall. and there are uncovered spaces available for visitors. I also enjoy the fact that each tenant has there own washer and dyer. so there's no going to the laundry mat you have the convenience of doing your laundry right at home. Daniele is the manager and she is such a wonderful person to get along with I tend to stop in and say hi and or just visit with her a little bit. she always open for suggestions. When ever you have a problem in your unit the maintenance personnel are on the job to fix any issues you have with your unit. Eric who is the maintenance supervisor is a great person to get to know. No one on the crew violates your privacy unless they given permission to enter the unit. The paint decor in these units are great color combinations that give you a sense of being in the wilderness. Pets are welcome here at creek wood. and they have dogie bags at the bridge crossing for you to pick up doggie messes. well theres a whole lot more I would like to say, I plan on living for quite sometime that because I don't like to move.Property Manager Responded

My Home Sweet Home
July 29, 2015Creek-wood has been my home sweet home nearly 6 years now and it is been a great pleasure here I love having my own washer and dryer. The neighbors are great. I enjoy spending time in the cabana. The pool is great during the summer months. I plan on staying here for many years it been a comfort for me here at Creek wood apartments.
