Great apartments!
January 8, 2021These are great apartments I would highly reccommend! They’re located in a great area of tulsa and are a great price. I never had an issue with the front office and my neighbors were great. I never had a problem with bugs except the occasional spider which was normal. 10/10 would recommend for a first apartment. Parking was a little hard to find after 9 pm but it’s like that most everywhere you live.Property Manager Responded

They try to charge Dog Rent people who don't have a DOG!
July 6, 2018We've been told to pay the pet deposit for a dog three times and told our lease will be revoked if we don't pay, BUT WE DON'T HAVE A DOG! I have called and talked to staff about this twice and they say it will be taken care of, but then we get another notice! How can they go by the testimony of our neighbors to demand money without any proof? Send someone to come see, we don't have a dog!!! We like the apartment well enough, but this is not good management!Review from Apartments.com

The apartments themselves are awesome inside and out, Maintenance here are good at their job, and the swimming pools and 24 hr gym is a plus!I've had no problems whatsoever, I would recommend these apartments to everyone!Review from Apartments.com
