This place is junk. No snow removal line stated in the lease. Air has been broken for a month now and has been "fixed" twice. Ive contacted the office more than five times about a leak yet they have yet to come actually fix it. But god forbid rent is 5 minutes late, they add a 25 dollar late fee on. We had a fire last fall and the dumpster is still sitting there taking up parking. They put in cheap carpet that frays when you vaccum then charge you 2000 for replacement. when you move put. Stay far ...

Awesome staff (friendly and always answer any and all questions) awesome maintenance crew (timely and polite) I couldn't have asked for a better place to live ! It's convenient to the city and a little plaza right behind . Never had any issues and I would highly recommend !
