Creekwood Apartments

manager tried to evict us over a glitch in their computer system and said he put eviction notices on our doors which he did not. He also said he talked to us about it and he never contacted us. I contacted Pinnacle about the situation and he backed off. He is not trustworthy and does not fix things in a timely matter according to law. He also does not like conflict and will avoid you at all costs! There is a reason there are always apartments to rent here, unfortunately we didn't find that out until it was too late and had already signed a lease. It was torture living here.......and I always tried to stay away or stay with someone else. Also the 4 positive reviews you see on here were from over 3 years ago which was different management. Other negative reviews on here have been taken off as well, imagine that.

parties on the week days because that's when she's off.... My upstairs neighbors make the most noise imaginable and having a screaming toddler that loves having tantrums anywhere from 2am-5pm every single night. Even after numerous complaints to management they are still so loud after 10 pm. We have never had a peaceful night in this place since we moved in a little over a month ago. And it seems like now the neighbors next to my upstairs neighbors like to leave their big dog outside on the patio and it whines and barks for an hour before they let the dog back in. Calling security is a joke they don't care as they are "super busy" so they want you off the phone as soon as you call and take half an hour to respond to noise complaints so it's not even worth it. It looks like we got the worst of these apartments unlike everyone else... We even still get the previous tenants mail! Moving here has been the worst decision I ever made and my quality of life has severely detoriated due to being woken up for hours every night. Avoid this place at all costs!!! The only good thing about this place is Eric the maintenance guy who keeps the grounds spotless! He also fixed any problems we had really fast including no hot water, light bulbs that went out and screen from windows and doors he replaced with brand new ones! And also Jamey the landlord took care of some complaints I had but it just seems like it's not being taken very well on the tenant side. Neighbors obviously don't care..

clean recreational places, from tennis courts to pool, that are always ready for use. Staff is always attentive, and friendly--Creekwood is a friendly place, whether you're living as an individual, or as a family. It's truly a place anyone can happily call home.
