September 13, 2018The rent is unreasonable for what you’re paying. Management needs to learn customer service. Maintained needs to learn privacy. And these apartments need updating. Everything is horrible about this complex, next to parking.Property Manager Responded

THE BEST !
August 1, 2018I've been living here for 3 yrs now and I can say these apartments are absolutely wonderful! This community is kept clean by the wonderful maintenance guys and management; Tammie & Rachel is always on top of whatever you need! If you ever have a problem they ALWAYS get it resolved right away. The pool stays clean and chlorinated. i LOVE that I don't hear my neighbors at all! Yes we were supposed to have a dog park BUT of course it got DENIED by the city of Gulfport so NO its not their ...fault.. they tried so hard everyday to get it approved. but unfortunately you cant change the states mind. Its very quiet. Neighbors are friendly. I would recommend this complex to anyone who asked! Thank you Creekwood North for being the BEST !!Property Manager Responded
