So bad!
February 21, 2024These apartments are so overpriced! They claim that they’re luxury, but things break so easily! I’ve only lived here for 7 months, and I’ve already had about 10 maintenance visits due to things breaking. There are also a ton of fees that just make this place not worth it at all. Incompetent staff, won’t stop the noise, gross property
December 31, 2022The maintenance guy is great. The office staff is incompetent and the noise is unbearable. This place is so gross. I’ve been eaten with bugs and the office staff is so unresponsive. I cannot wait to get out of here. Stay far away from this place.Property Manager Responded

Car Towed Twice From Property
September 20, 2022The towing company used by this apartment building incorrectly tows cars. I pay to park in my building and they towed my car. It's AA Wrecker and they are terrible. Then I have to spend money on ubers to get to work and go get my car back. And there seems to be nothing I can do.Property Manager Responded

Incompetent staff, unsanitary & unsafe
September 7, 2021This morning a very important car part was stolen from my bf’s car and Sarah (the manager) is still having issues with getting the cameras repaired so,no footage was taken. We had another break in w/ my other roommate almost a year ago & she gave the same excuse. There’s trash in the hallways and overflowing downstairs by the entrance. August 11, 2021The Crescent Apartments is not a safe place to live! Do not live here! My car was stolen and when I requested to take a look at the security cameras, management's response was "the cameras have not been working for some time now we are working with vendors to get new ones". There was no care about my property in this complex. Management does not want to make any concessions about my stolen property and is doing nothing to help. There is no security at the Crescent apartments like advertised. Do ...not live here, you can get better living for the price somewhere else.Property Manager Responded
