Where do I even start. This is the worst experience I have had in my life. DO NOT RENT A PLACE HERE OR WITH ANY OTHER APARTMENT OWNED BY THE EQUITY GROUP. For our six months here we have experienced unhabitual conditions throughout our time here. For example, multiple weeks straight of NO HOT WATER. I had to stay in a hotel and did not receive any compensation for it. The grounds around the property are not clean. Garbage bins are never disposed of and overflow causing poop to be flooded all ...
around the property. Weekly, the water just turns off for no reason. I have had a work order to fix the bathtub, due to clogging, for 5 months and it has not been fixed! It is a mystery who owns the place and management keeps it like that because residents are so unhappy. Also, they will RAISE YOUR RENT during your lease. Extremely disappointed

WORST PROPERTY DO NOT MOVE HERE

My roommate and I have lived here for 5 months and these last 5 months have literally been the worst 5 months of my life because of this property. If you want to have broken showers, toilets, garbage disposals, and cabinets and get no response to fix them for weeks, this is the place for you! Oh did I mention the lovely cockroaches. We also didn't have a working shower for 16 days with no compensation, use of a vacant units shower, or compensation to get a hotel. This property advertises laundry ...
facilities, but they forget to mention only half of them work and half of the half actually wash/dry your clothes. They get a new manager every month because each one hates their job so much they end up leaving just like the last manager told me he was going to do. Please save your time, energy, and money and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We are looking for places to get out of this horrid place.

Horrible Mangement/ Maintenance worse- Nasty Units

Roaches, old units, mold, broken pipes, water turned off all the time. Manager only shows apt, if you have a maint. issue you have to make an online requests. If no resposne, it's not the managers problem. The don't care about apts or you. Keep hiking rent, because that is what the area demands the say, But the area has newly built apt, with water, no bugs, maintenance that actually works and take care of units.

Thank you for your feedback. Our buildings are a little older but we have done some great updates! Are units come with new carpet, vinyl, and updated appliances. Our online work order maintenance system was created to properly track work orders and for the convenience for residents. We update status of work order online/through email which our residents tell us is way more convent with their busy schedules then waiting for a phone call back. But of course we are just a call away if someone prefers. Thanks again for your feedback!

We are very sorry for your experience with Rolando Court. Over the last year we have been working very hard at hiring Maintenance staff that will complete work orders thoroughly and communicate with the Managers so that tenants can be kept in the loop.
We have also taken huge steps to eradicate all pests on the property. We conduct property wide inspections of units to ensure that if there are "problem units" that we are unaware of, we will be informed and treat them.
Management is done by a team of managers, who work very hard to keep the property in good working condition.
Water shut offs are done if we need to make a repair to a unit, but only during that repair. This is something we notify tenants about.
Mold grows anywhere that is not well ventilated or where moisture has collected but not dried out.
We are not a brand new building, but we do want to create a community here at Rolando. Please understand we are doing everything we can to take care of tenant issues.
