This apartment complex used to be great. Over the years it’s become terrible. The washer and dryers are always broken or breaking. The gates don’t work. What luxury is that if they have never worked? Now there have been a bunch of thefts and break-ins. And management doesn’t care. No emails have ever been sent, except one and they only said to report it to the police. They don’t have cameras for the whole apartment complex to keep us safe and only have one camera for the office. Management ...

People having concerns about this or crazy neighbors that threaten them and feel unsafe, the office doesn’t care. The office will them that they are not responsible for their safety. They would rather increase the rent every few months than make this place safer. Most of the residents have no clue about these crimes because management does not notify them. I highly advise looking elsewhere, and strongly recommend you do not move into a complex that is ran by Cannon Management.

This is a terrible apartment complex that is crime ridden and is constantly be targeted for thefts and break-ins. Just this week the mailboxes were broken into TWICE; making this the third time in the last 6 months. Not to mention cars have been broken into in broad daylight as well. Management refuses to do anything or take any action. There's two security gates that could easily be put back into service, but they would rather increase the rent every few months than make this place safer. Most ...

Great studio lofts

I don't usually write reviews about apartment complexes, but I really felt compelled to in this case. I was a little wary of moving into a studio, as my last studio felt very cramped (especially with two cats). However, I was able to get a studio loft on the second floor at the end of the row, and it was absolutely perfect. Kelli was super responsive during the leasing process, and I got moved in fairly quickly. The biggest thing I loved about this studio was how quiet it was! I barely ever heard ...
my neighbors, and that was such a relief coming from apartments with paper thin floors. Additionally, the loft made the studio feel so much bigger than my last studio even though the square footage was the same. I also had the most amazing view of the hills from the loft area, especially in the evenings with the sunset.
I was originally disappointed that I had to use a laundry room, but honestly I can think of only a single time where I ever had to wait to do laundry. The rest of the time there was always at least one machine open, and people always seemed prompt about removing their laundry when the cycle was over.
The location is also great - I regularly walked to the park and over to Target/Albertsons/movie theater. The quick access to I-15 is nice too.
Finally, Dale and Jason in maintenance and Alex in the front office were always extremely responsive. At my last apartment, I would put in maintenance requests and it felt like they just disappeared into the void for weeks. I experienced limited maintenance issues but when I did, they came the same day! Dale also works hard at cleaning up the property every morning so it looks nice.
Anyway, I really enjoyed my time here and was sad to leave it when I moved out of the area.

I have not had air conditioning in my apartment for 3 days and Alex the office manager doesn't seem to care. She told me she has 10 days to address the issue and AC problems are not considered urgent. Her only response... "I don't know what to tell you." To be treated this way by people who manage the community I live in is unsettling. Regardless what policies say a little human decently and understanding goes a long way.

My apartment home is modern and spacious. The staff is very helpful, caring and attentive if I ever need help with anything. The complex is quiet and well cared for. My neighbors are friendly. I have lived here for 2 years and I love living at Crescent Heights.
The new management is HORRIBLE!!!! ANTS ARE IN THE WALLS!!!

Loved the previous manager! The new manager doesn't care about the tenants! She is RUDE and nothing is her fault even though she is wrong for giving us incorrect information! Be careful if you are current or new tenant that everything is thorough and correct before you move out or in! She will swear that she will do right and get back to you with information.... and never will! This apartment complex is built on a HUGE ANT HILL! There was alot of issues with the ants, They were in the walls and ...
everywhere especially during the summer! If you are a tenant and refer someone, you get $500 off your next months rent. I did and had to follow up on my own because she didn't tell me if I'll be getting the referral bonus! I moved out and left my fowarding address and phone number so she can contact me if I'll be getting a refund for my security deposit or a bill since she didn't want to do a walk through with me. I never received any mail or call, but turns out 4 months later I saw it on my credit report that I owed. Well thanks for giving me a call or a letter to give me the chance to resolve it before you try to ruin my credit and chances of ever renting another place! BEWARE to anyone who wants to live here to make sure this doesn't happen to you!
