We are in a very spacious 2/2, with a good size living room and dining room, the kitchen also has a nice size with plenty of storage and cabinets. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen with a door that separates the space between them. Apartment comes with a nice size storage room in the balcony which also has a nice size. Bedrooms have a ...great size as well as the walking closets and both bathrooms. Office staff is very attentive, cordial and accommodating. Maintenance staff is also very friendly and issues reported get resolved as quick as the next day. I love the convenience of having a hose for all residents to use as you see fit and available 24/7. Property is well kept. They work smarter to prevent greater issues in the long run. They conduct a monthly inspection to change air filters and ensure toilets, sinks and showers are working properly. The landscaping outside throughout the entire community as well as in all the buildings is beautifully well kept which was the first thing that made me want to live at Crescent.Read More

Another plus is that you can go to a bunch of different places in the area just walking. Bars, restaurants, Publix and movies right there. Really do recommend.
