About Crescent Lane
We have beautiful one bedroom one bath apartments for $889.00 per month with FREE natural gas for cooking and hot water heating. They are 600 sq. ft. Features in your new home include; ceramic tile flooring throughout, a spacious pantry as well as a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a linen closet, and a spacious bathroom. We are a pet friendly community allowing up to 2 pets, no weight restriction, breed restrictions do apply. There is a $250.00 refundable pet deposit as well as a $250 non-refundable pet fee (can be split into $50.00 payments over 5 months) but no pet rent after that. Our application fee is $55.00 per adult. We also have a $100.00 administrative fee, Security deposit starts at half months’ rent ($444.50) based on credit. Lastly, you have the first month’s rent (prorated).
