March 14, 2026My AC wasn't working, it took a couple of days for them to come check it but they eventually did a good job fixing it. While I waited a couple more days for the fix after they came to check they gave me a portable unit which really helped. However, they left it in my apartment, I waited a few days and then contacted the apartment to remind them it was here, I was called and told they were on their way to get it, but three days later it is still here.Review from Apartments.com
