March 19, 2025They make you sign lease without allowing you to see the apartment you're enting. They raise rent each yr but don't fix things properly. Hire sneaky maintenance team who touches your belongings. Don't even renovate. Issues with Bugs constantly. Car stolen just not worth the headache for the price. They start you low and do the some weird thing with the deposit save thing.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Management
November 28, 2022I applied for an apartment two weeks ago. I called after three days an noone answers the phone. I went into the office and spoke with " Cheryl" who stated that she was waiting on additional information from the current rental office and would keep me updated. Needless to say, that NOONE has returned my call and I guess that my application was Denied because no one has contacted me to say otherwise. I would be nice to have received some type of communication either way.Review from Apartments.com

DIRTY
April 23, 2018Do not move here. I have only been here since September. It is only April. I have had to have them exterminate every single week. ROACH INFESTED. And to top it off now there are mice in my apartment. If I could give it less than 1 star I would !!!!!Property Manager Responded

Crescent Point Apartments
July 24, 2015Crescent Pointe isn't a bad place to live. The large walk in closets give way to space and the shelf life go's on for days. New management has given our home a sense of security with armed off duty officers and space light for dark parking lots. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and on time. The shops in the are are all in walking distance and the main road leads to many new places to discover in the area. Having lived here my first year was a blast and i'm going to do it again.Review from Apartments.com
