I moved in just over a year ago. Southwood Realty purchased it just after that. Nothing but positive improvements. Pool stays open longer than most communities and we have a new dog park! And the staff... they are like family to me. Rayleen, Eric and David are always so helpful and friendly

I’ve held my tongue for too long. Worst establishment I have ever been affiliated with. No sense of responsibility. No respect toward the residents. Greystar was supposed to bring about positive changes around here, but the part-time leasing consultant with Blue Ridge was more reliable than who is hired now.
