Roach infested, old appliances, rude staff who don't care about their job. Its not worth the lower price. The walkways are full of trash and cigarette butts. They get flooded in the rainy season and you can't even make it to your home without slipping in filthy mud. No one cleans up after their dogs...poop everywhere. clean. There are homeless people who sometimes sleep in the laundromat and gym so you can't even use them at night or early morning. If you work late walking home is scary if you're a woman because the TRE station brings in homeless people. We've reported ALL to management without response or attempt to change. All they want is your money... they'll evict you quickly, though. My neighbor with 3 toddlers got evicted on friday night! We had to bring her in and a neighbor took her in that night. They couldn't wait until the next morning! Regina from the office is the rudest person I know! Seriously, no joke... run.
