August 2, 2025Apartments cost more than what they are worth, roach issues that they brush of and half send out pest control to spray whatever and that's it. Noise here is ridiculous. Neighbors aren't aware of anyone other than themselves. Front office is rude and unprofessional. They will dodge your calls if you call to much about issues. Maintenance men are very sweet and professional but they are overworked with all the issues of this apartment buildings. The gym they claim to have is non existent. Not worth it anymore
April 1, 2023This place isn’t nice, but it used to be cheap. It is now getting close to the price of other apartments in the area and we will be moving when our lease is up. It is infested with cockroaches and gnats come up from the drain constantly. This isn’t just my apartment, I know people in two other buildings and they have the same issue. They say the apartments are energy efficient but the curtains move when the wind blows, and the neighbors smoke comes into our apartment on a daily basis. I use over ...1000 kw per month for a 1 bedroom apartment which is more than I used anywhere I’ve lived before and this apartment is 400+ sq ft smaller. They require you to pay for valet trash, basic cable, and internet; They say it is part of the rent but you are still paying extra for it. The valet trash is supposed to get picked up 5 days a week but that is hit or miss. Between all the extra charges, the crazy amount of electricity used to just keep the place cool/warm, and the cost of doing laundry at the laundry mat since there are no washer dryer hookups, this place just isn’t cheap enough to justify living like this when I can go across the highway and get a bigger, way nicer, several decades newer apartment for less than 100 more when you take the price of their “included” amenities.Property Manager Responded

Definitely amazing for first time renters!
November 17, 2022I'm going in my second year here and I highly recommend these apartments! Anytime we've put in a maintenance request it's always handled within 2-3 days and the complex itself is really quiet. Everyone here is really nice and very helpful. The only downside is it can get pretty confusing giving directions since none of the apartment buildings are in order and the gym is pretty mediocre compared to some other places.Property Manager Responded

The worst maintenance ever
January 6, 2020I have lived in the apartment for two years. Every time I have to wait to three to four weeks for the maintenance and talk to the manager many times before they send someone then we receive very poor maintenance it works only one day what ever they maintain then you have to wait for again three to four weeks when they came back to you .it happens with my A/C dish washer and with my kitchen disposal .on the other hand the management are not professional they don't know what are they doing . ...They only thing they are good at is charging you money if you moved out bcz of the poor living condition . They cant fix anything correctly
September 5, 2019The water is off again. Almost every month the water is off for HOURS for ", emergency repairs ". This happens so often I have stored water just so I can flush the toilet. There's many times I must go to work without taking a shower. Which is bad because I'm in direct contact with the guests/ customers. JUST HIRE LICENSED PLUMBERS TO FIX IT CORRECTLY. Do Not Live Here!!
August 16, 2018I lived here for two years. For two years I paid my rent on time and many times paid had a credit on my account. I reported all problems to management. Maintenance crew has tracked dirt on my carpet, tar, mud and all types of crap onto my carpet without one complain from me. There was a murder committed outside my apartment building and cops have been at the complex by the tens looking for criminals and other undesirables. Once there was 10 cop cars there to arrest a murderer. Management ...and employees in the office change frequently, which is a testament of how the company operates. I have seen mice running in and out of my shed, neighborhoods who argue and fight constantly, dogs poo never picked up and notices on your door that are not pertaining to you and your area (patio). Before I moved out, I gave ample noticed I would be moving and a move date. The gates are never locked or closed but you pay a fee for a gate key. Before moving, me and a friend of mine spent two days cleaning the oven, kitchen, bathroom and carpet. On the last day before returning the keys, I rented a shampooer and spent hours in the apartment cleaning the carpet in all rooms. I left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in. I received a call from management they had my refund check. I return to the office, open the check and it's for 9 dollars. I was charged for not cleaning the oven, tub, sink and toilet. When I asked why, the manager show me a paper where maintenance has claimed I didn't clean these items. What person in their right mind would clean the carpet, kitchen, closets and other areas of the apartment and not clean the oven and bathroom? This place is full of it . Don't bother to clean the apartment. Any excuse will be used NOT TO RETURN your deposit. Not returning my deposit was the last straw!! I would never recommend this roach infested apartment complex. Yes, Roaches the size of Texas. I would recommend anyone reading negative reviews of this apartment complex to take heed. Do not move here.
