April 7, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI looked at an apt there and really wanted to move in. I gave them all the proof of income they needed. My credit score is good. I've never been late on my rent. I paid almost $200 for fees, etc. I have been getting the run around and have been ghosted. No replies to calls or emails letting me know if I'm approved or not. I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide my move-in process/experience. Regarding the apartment, the washer/dryer is noisy; it'd be more convenient in or around the bath/closet area. Additionally, I'm on the 3rd floor of an L-corner; there are 2 sets of steps on both ends, making my apartment the hardest to get to.
