January 28, 2026Love Community very quiet . So far everyone met very nice friendly helpful. One thing I noticed No one running hallway , elevator Parking lot very clean. Due to winter weather maintenance make sure salt is covered in parking lot to avoid snow/ ice , safety of residents and staff. The Best .Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026I’ve had an overall great experience here! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because, the walls are thin and I can hear conversations through the water heater closet, plus the parking is not great.Property Manager Responded

January 17, 2026I love the layout of my one bedroom apt. It’s spacious almost 800 ft. Balcony and view of the sunset is gorgeous. Maintenance team is extremely helpful and efficient. Getting deliveries is difficult though and management rarely replies to my emails unless I follow up.Property Manager Responded

I apologize if you've had any difficulty with deliveries or response. We do strive to follow up in a timely manner and apologize if that didn't happen. We do provide the package room for deliveries due to the buildings having the individual gates. We continuously direct the delivery people to the package room. Often times they state that the instructions say to deliver to the apartment. Due to the individual gate system, we don't provide direct building access to the driver's. Please let us know if you need anything. We appreciate your residency.

December 24, 2025I love living here. Everything about it. Location, quiet, friendly neighbors, the staff is amazing, so kind and helpful. Not one complaint. My view is beautiful. Nothing but mountains. I can't wait for Spring so I can enjoy the view from my balcony. Any maintenance request I enter have been answered and resolved the same day. My building has an elevator which really helped the move in process. I highly recommend Crest at Burkitt Ridge.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2025I love drinking coffee on my balcony every morning. That has been the best part of my experience here. I also have made friends here! We get together and watch movies! That was a totally unexpected blessing!Property Manager Responded
