This place is awful. It's so poorly constructed, that things are failing continuously, but they don't pay the maintenance staff enough to actually care about fixing the problem at all, or doing a good job when they do finally get around to doing it. Also, they will NEVER give you notification prior to accessing your unit, and then give you attitude for not wanting to let people in while you're in the shower. The units are slowly collapsing into the creek. There are rodents and LARGE AMOUNTS
...of mold in every building, and I saw more than fifty German cockroaches in my first 24 hours of living here. They'd send pest control, who would do nothing that would actually stop them. One neighbor poured white paint all over some cars in the parking lot once, but otherwise the neighbors are friendly and nice. There are no overhead lights. The wiring is so poor that I am in constant fear of my place catching fire. Units smell like stale cigarette smoke. Rude, incompetent, dishonest staff. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This complex should be condemned and the management should be arrested.
