Easiest move-in process ever
November 10, 2019I just moved in yesterday and everything was perfect. They had my keys and packet ready to go, the apartment was spotless, and the freezer had cookies and a baking sheet as a welcome gift. So happy to be living here!Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Apartments
May 8, 2018These apartments are wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, but more importantly the front office staff are AMAZING. My move in was super easy and when I found a few things that needed to be fixed, they had them fixed within 24 hours. This is a great family/pet friendly community.Property Manager Responded

Please read my review before you move in!!!!
September 18, 2017I've been living here with my daughter for the last three months. I cannot trust the management or staff. They lied to me about how quiet the apartments are when I sat down with them to negotiate the lease. My daughter has a heart defect and the only thing I requested was a quiet apartment. Seven leasing agents (including management) were dishonest about how the windows are double paned and the walls are thick. They decided to stick me up against the busiest road and "guaranteed" me that it would ...be quiet. I hear every car, motorcycle, semi, truck, and loud noise from traverse mountain road. The staff also harassed my daughter's cardiologist to have him verbally verify that he signed their required documents. His office manager confirmed that they were attempting to break Hippa rules. When I asked to be moved to a different and quieter apartment, the management waived the $500 fee but, still estimated that it will cost me about $400 for cleaning fees to move out. This place is the absolute worst! Every apartment is charged with a technology package that is $130 per month and it is required. I would recommend to stay away from this complex and go somewhere else. I am looking forward to moving out.Property Manager Responded

Great Location!
August 1, 2015Living in the Cresthaven Apartments on Traverse Mountain in Lehi has been a great experience. The apartments are ultra modern with nice floor plans. I love coming home to the open space around the apartments. There is so much room for outdoor activities such as walking, biking, skateboarding, playing basketball, and swimming. We are less than five minutes from the freeway going either north or south and can easily access whatever shopping we need. The staff has been great to work with. ...Although it's true that our particular apartment is next to a busy road, the benefits have outweighed any negatives.
